Great bed, great shower, great A/C, very attentive staff, free shuttle and all at a very reasonable price.

I was here for a 2 night stay. The room was excellent value, spotless and the hotel facilities and the free transport were also very good. My review would have been 5 stars but my air conditioner started leaking on the second night, soaking part of my bed and pillow. I reported it to the reception and was told that it was caused because I must of turned it down too low (seems strange as I thought that was the purpose of an air conditioner), I explained that it started leaking when it was actually off and was told nobody was available to fix it and it would probably stop leaking in an hour or so. No offer of a room move or even a replacement pillow (one was given after I asked). A couple of hours later it did appear to have stopped but started dripping constantly through the night, I had to put towels down on the floor and move my bed to not get wet. This put a negative slant on an otherwise excellent stay, hopefully it was just bad luck on the ac unit which looked quite new but the staff response could have been better.

The room was very nice. Excellent hospitality. The room had a little bit of a humidity smell. But the bed and pillows were comfortable .

Had to book shuttle, ahead of time; I didn’t have access to phone so i couldn’t reserve it. No elevator with stairs, not easy if you have suitcases; no stores around only the restaurant at the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it seemed the best option for an overnight stay, prior to our flight the following morning. And the price was right. Reception was good as was the restaurant. But the room stank!! My nose was assulted by 3 different variations of bad.....dank, musty and something else that i couldn't identify within minutes of entering. I asked the lady on the front desk about a switch and, instead, she put in some type of air purifier in the room to run for 20 minutes. It somewhat did the trick but the smell crept back after an hour. Too bad, the room was nice and simpler and the price was right but it wasn't worth the savings.

Great little place to get to and from the airport smoothly. Only thing is that it can be a little noisey because people come and go through the night. Very comfy bed and earplugs will handle that though :)

Perfect place if you need an hotel near Malaga airport. They offer a free shuttle service for the transportation to the airport.

It was all very good! The breakfast bar seemed a bit over priced for what was available.

This was a place of relaxation and calm. It was perfect location to the beach also and a lovely neighbourhood surrounding it. Staff were courteous and always friendly

This hotel was very nice and offered a pleasant, cozy atmosphere—you really feel like you’re staying in a chalet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the free shuttle service to the airport, which added great convenience to the stay. I also enjoyed the open breakfast buffet with a continental selection, which was fresh and satisfying. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Our experience was ok, a little bit confused about my charge because I paid for a room for two people and this room had two beds and I ended up paying € 20 more for the extra bed that I was in the room. The owner didn’t mention when I booked the room. Other than that this Riad was so cute decorated and also very close to the shops areas.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zen. Very friendly staff, great late night dinner, clean room, powerful hot shower, comfortable bed... not sure what else I could have asked for. Great pick up from the airport too. A+ and highly recommended.
