When we got there at late night, we found blankets were not enough for four of us, the shower head holder was broken and the bathroom sink drainage was very slow. After we complained, they fixed all except the drainage that had never fixed till we left. They don’t even reply my text message for the issue after we moved in.

The apartment was very roomy (2 bdrm) and clean. It was located centrally (for us) and many dining places for us to consider. The facilities, in general, were very nice. The only "negative" was the need to walk 4 blocks (0.3 miles or 0.6 miles round-trip) to "check in." I had to leave my wife and daughter with all our luggage in front of a locked entry (on a sidewalk that was about 3 ft wide with lots of pedestrian traffic as well as cars). By the time I checked in and walked back, it took about 20 min. This check in process would prevent me from using this hotel again. It would have been nice if they gave the apt access code so they could have, at least, stepped inside (out of potential harm's way). You still need two more access codes (3 total) to get into your room. However, barring that situation, the facilities are nice and the reception desk (at the check in location) was helpful.

The property was is a great location, clean, new, comfortable and everything was great. The only thing missing is some more toilet paper We got 2 rolls for 5 persons for 4 nights. Other than that everything was great

Our stay at Palau De La Musica apartments was fantastic. Excellent location and a great apartment. The service was good as well. Very responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, 3 good sized rooms with a great living area & kitchen, really well located for everything. Very easy to find and Vicki from the Hotel was brilliant, we were able to leave bags, and nothing was a problem. You can get the airport train right to a station near the check in hotel really easy, then only a 10 min walk to the apartment. We were a family of 5, and had an amazing time in Barcelona.

My night started with being at an airport for 8 hours for a delayed flight. My previous hotel would not check us in because of how delayed our flight was, meaning they would not check us in late (it was supposed to land at 3AM at this point). So we were going to be homeless for the night. HOWEVER, by luck we came across these apartments & they took the time to check us in and even walked us to the apartments at 5AM!! They were so accomodating after how very tired us 5 girls were. We cant wait to stay with them again! Clean rooms & comfy!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location. There is a bit of traffic noise but you are staying in a city so it was great. We loved it and will definitely be returning.

The apartment is centrally located. The key pick up location is at least 2 miles from the apartment one way. The attitude of the reception staff is horrible. They have no on site staff and there is no space for luggage storage prior to check-in. There is no additional key if you have more than one party staying in the apartment. The overall condition of the apartment is OK. The beds are not the most comfortable. We will not stay in this apartment if we visit Barcelona in the future.

3 minutes from La Rambla and Catalunia Square. Great facility, Great location. Separate rooms for parents and Kids. Two separate bathrooms.

It was very inconvenient to check-in a mile away from the apartment with luggage in tow. Apartment was renovated but with A/C only in bedrooms. Well-located but extremely noisy when trying to get to sleep, even with windows closed. Poor views. They charge a mandatory 40 euro fee not well advertised. Our friends got a better place elsewhere at lower cost for same days.

Great location and nice large living space in the two bedroom apartment. It is also close to the metro station. No washing powder for laundry, so make sure you bring some if you plan to wash. In order to collect the key to the apartment, you need to travel about 6 blocks to the hotel... which is important to mention if you have luggage with you.

Beds uncomfortable. Comforters dirty and has no cover.

My stay was great, if only a tiny bit inconvenient due to the cleaning fee that wasn't included in the booking cost and the fact that I had to pick up my keys elsewhere. The apt was clean at first glance, but there were a few hiccups - such as a cup with water and cigarette butts on one of the balconies, a tiny dead bug on the bathroom floor, and stained curtains. But I didn't notice the issues until I had settled in. Other than that, the pros of staying here, more than made up for the slight cons. The kitchen was fully outfitted with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher & clothes washer. The water pressure in the shower was great, the decor was simple, but lovely. And having an A/C in each room was so key, especially as some of the evenings were quite warm. Not to mention the fantastic location. I would absolutely stay here again, but this time with friends!

Great apartment , beautifully furnished in contemporary style . location was great 2 minutes to metro and 5 minutes to Catalan Square . lots of bars and restaurants locally . Felt very secure and safe in apartment . Check in at nearby Boutique Hotel was quick and easy and able to leave keys in apartment on departure . airport bus straight to square took 30 minutes at mid-Day and 20 minutes return at 6 AM . Plenty of space for 6 Adults with 2 bathrooms - There are also a number of convenience stores very close for your basic bits and bobs . George Payne Irish bar less than 5 minutes walk where we had a great night for on paddys day . Super , Super stay will definitely return soon
