No sign outside identifying the hotel. Ambient lighting throughput the room is fluorescent..hideous. Thermostat for room is crude.

Although the Staff was helpful and pleasant, the hotel is hardly a place to be. I had some health problems and there was not a possibility of getting a doctor to attend. Not even a painkiller! The room is big but badly distributed (it has weird chaise longue in a dark middle room) On arrival there was only one towel in the bathroom. Finally the room was dark and grotty.

LIt is isolated from abroad. limited restaurants and shopping facilities in safe walking distance. Just one towel in the bathroom. Room big but no charm. Good price but grotty feeling

This hotel is very close to all of the main points of interest in Santa Fe, Mexico City. The place is clean and neat, and the staff are always helpful. The breakfast is really great. Well worth the price.

Light bulbs did not work in the room. Sticky floor in bathroom. No envelope for tips. Old tv.

Nice area, wonderful breakfast. Nice staff. Towels looked old and stained. It made me wonder if they use them to clean the bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Safe clean hotel close to the central Santa Fe

The hotel is general good and clean. It provides a free breakfast with diverse options. However it has limitations which make the stay not completely pleasant. For example, lighting in the room is very poor, no hand towels are provided. The hotel provided only one small bottle of water to be shared by two people, not one bottle per person. The second night they only give us one bath towel. The room glass windows are very dirty. Advantages: there are several convenience stores and fast food restaurants at walking distance. Ubers are readily available. There is mega shopping plaza at a five minutes Uber’s ride.

New room and clean, good size of the room. Breakfast good enough. Easy to park and incredible and safe location

Excellent location to visit the Universidad Iberoamericana and at the heart of the Santa Fe corporate world and convenient restaurants

They moved me to 3 separate rooms for reasons that made leas than zero sense. My key card deactivated approx 8 rimes during the visit.

Hotel is in poor condition. It might work if you just need to sleep but dont expect too much

El restaurante cierra a las 9pm, los contactos están sobre las lamparas y si no está prendida la lámpara no funciona. Había mosquitos en el cuarto

It is convenient, close to a lot of places, safe tobwalk, nice facilities, very good breakfast and great service by all the staff.
