Everything is perfect, staff is super nice and friendly, you have everything u could possibily need. Excellent breakfast, they constantly refill all the food, good variety. Rooms are super clean with big bathroom, comfortable beds, maids are cleaning and fixing your bed everyday, and refill soaps, shower gells etc.. No complains at all. We had wonderfull time at this place. Good job, every recommendation. Bravo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly and supportive staff at reception (and during serving dinner), easy parking, big rooms and bathrooms, swimming-pool and good dinner. Very recommended w/ reasonable price/ performance ratio!

The hotel is not new, but it is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It is in a good location for exploring Tuscany. The hotel staff (reception, restaurant, pool) are extremely helpful and always smiling and deserve all the praise. They helped us and went out of their way to accommodate us with everything. The pool is also tidy, they make sure there are no crowds so that we can relax in peace in the hydromassage areas. You can use detox water for free, and the staff also brings nice hot tea. Various treatments and massages are also offered (everything is booked in advance at the reception). The price certainly justifies the service, and more. We will definitely come back one day.

It is a gem! beautiful, cozy and super clean, Mr. Chris welcomed us and gave us a map …to visit the must beautiful places around the area. Now we are ready to explore Tuscany. The whole staff is just great, very nice. We will definitely come back one day, marked as favorite ❤️!

Room was basic but clean, fine for a night on a budget as does the trick, however uncomfortable bed/pillow (singular)- i woke up quite a few times in the night. Some rooms have great balconies/views. Spa facilites not included at all (15 euro extra for pool only and then another 35 for sauna room which I'd typically expect in the same package) other packages eg massage obviously extra but expected.
