It’s close to highway and easy to access. Friends live in area with golf course

Very busy area but easy access to get to all the highways. Plenty of parking. Was perfect for one night stay in my case.

Saggy bed. Old and smelly pillows. Rock band playing until late right outside the window.

Quick check in with friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Excellent breakfast offered in the morning. Would stay here again for sure!

Property not kept up. Everything run down.

Beds were comfortable and nice bed pillows. Nice size tv in room as well as a desk for using tour laptop

Room was perfect for what we needed (just a place to sleep). Staff was great when we checked in at midnight, and hotel is relatively clean. Room fit 5 of us comfortably. Bathroom is a bit dingy but worked decently.

Bathroom were not clean at all. Need to clean and renovation is not very well done.

The key card on the door was broken which made it difficult to get into room.

My room was a disaster!! My room had big long leak in the ceiling!! The leak caused my Bed to be soaked. My sheets and pillows were stained and soaked.

We did not take the trip as there was an error in the soccer tournament dates and the date was changed to the following weekend. I was unable to change the date as they said there was no rooms available for next weekend, but when I called ironically, they had rooms available so we could change the date, but they told me no, and the manager refused to change it due to the way I made a reservation And refused to return three phone calls that messages were left for her

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool was great! But it is in dire need of an overhaul. The flower beds were all withered weeds. We killed seven potato bugs in our room.

Checking in and checking out, staff seemed annoyed they had to work. My room was so dirty. The dust that was pilled up was definitely from years of neglect. Convenient location to the university, but will stay someone nicer for next time. Very disappointing

Very outdated walls need fixed they patched them but did not paint it bathroom are not very clean and bed in room made so much noise when you moved just a little

I’d stay here again, but don’t come with high expectations. There will not be a mint on your pillow, or even someone to restock your towels if you stay more than 1 night. However, we were also there during a holiday weekend, so it was a full house and busy. ((We had a last minute booking, and again, I’d stay there again.)) The property is definitely aged, but in a VERY convenient spot. Walmart is across the street, less than 10 minutes away from the lake, university, and UH-mazing lakeside bagel shop. ((Highly recommended!!)) Bedsheets are not pristine white (random stains), our room furniture had toddler pen-artwork, and the parking lot has loose gravel in the back. So loose my young 20 something brother and I (17 years older) both slipped getting out of our vehicles. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast looked good, but we passed for the bagel shop all weekend. I’d stay again based on the convenience of the location, but the hotel’s only purpose (for us) was to clean up and sleep.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, but the hotel needs to be spruced up.

Moldy ac toilet wasn’t even turned on fridge didn’t work neither did the internet so no streaming
