Beautiful property and wonderful staff. So many amenities and thoughtful little extras.

Great place to stay that is very conveniently located to everything. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Probably the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! I will definitely like to stay there again.

This property is excellent!! Clean, spacious and quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wonderful. The only negative is the restaurant for dinner, not a good idea. The food tasted and appeared “premade” not flavorful.

Vallet seemed a little disorganized compared to our last visit. We were told restaurant was open till a 11 pm and tried calling from 10 pm to 10:35 pm and went down to attempt to order to find out it wasn't open. So front desk said it was open and that was disappointing. As we love being able to dine here at the hotel. Also miss toiletry items like make up wipes and qtips in room.

Close to Golden 1 where we attended our nieces graduation from Sac State. I expected a few more amenities, but the hotel itself was perfect. We loved the seating area in the lobby. It was a great place to get together with the rest of the family, eating snacks, enjoying happy hour that offers free drinks and yummy snacks: crackers, cheese, fries, fruit and more! We later ordered food for the area. I did expect a robe and so didn't bring one. They don't have them, but ok The suites were good and I enjoyed the living room as we get up different times.

Very comfortable and clean. Very friendly, hardworking staff. Great breakfast buffet and happy hour.

Staff were very welcoming. Check in was swift and easy, they even offered me 2 bottles of water for my room as well as a complimentary room upgrade.Restaurant staff was very friendly and happy. The room was immaculate. View of the river ws amazing. Will definitely come back and tell all my friends.

We chose this hotel because we’ve always had a great experience with Embassy and we particular loved the location of this specific one. We arrived at the facility at check-in time (4pm) but were told that the room wasn’t ready. No apology, no compensation, just told that our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Only when pressed if there was something they could do to remedy the issue is when they started offering compensation/solution (free parking, $25 gift card to their store, and another room that was actually clean and ready). Everything was offered but we were never given anything but the ready room. Staff needs to be better trained at customer service and folllwing through on their promises.

My family and I stay here anytime we go to Sacramento and we love it! However I was really disappointed that my shampoo and conditioner was totally empty

We stayed the night for a family trip to the A’s game. They had an awesome continental breakfast and they had a happy hour that had a lot of complimentary drinks with cheap food. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is the HVAC systems in the room do not let you turn the air colder than 68, the room got exceptionally stuffy but the saving grace was our window opened 3-4” for fresh air. We will be staying here again because if thats my only complaint then its worth the $.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Sacramento. The customer service was incredible it. The room was gorgeous- (I think we hot the room in the pictures online!) The breakfast staff and breakfast was wonderful and even the valets were exceptional. We had an amazing experience. Thank you!
