The sheets were dirty so they gave us a new room. Staff was helpful

Rooms refurbished however the bathrooms need help but it was a 1 night stay so no complaints

Clean hotel. It would be one of my choices if I went to Quebec City.

Very good stay. Nice location with free onsite parking, room is extremely well lit and clean.

Le climatiseur était bruyant lorsqu'il se mettait à fonctionner donc désagréable la nuit. Nous n'avions pas de gel douche de disponible . Cependant les lits et oreillers très confortables et la literie vraiment impeccable ainsi que la chambre.

On est arrivé a la réception il n'y avait personne pendant au moins 10 minutes.

Absence de savon dans la douche, aucune mesure antidérapante dans le bain, l'hotel ne met plus de planches a repasser à la dispoisition de la clientèle.

Ils etait pas propre la chambre . Plancher brisé et chambre de bain pas propre.

when booking it says there was a beackfast which was never provided, the coffe machine didn't work for my whole stay and when i mentionned it to the receptionist she said its not working . The room was clean but the bedsheet had blood on it so im guessing it was not changed , thank god i had 2 beds . the evening receptionist looked annoyed to every question , thats why i didn't call to let her know about the blood . i just slept on the other bed. the place was fairly clean outside and my room also .

The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and it was hot when I woke up. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. When I returned to the room in the evening, I had to go back to reception to have my key card replaced, as it was no longer working.

Rien à dire

Tout était parfait. Nous avons une voiture électrique et plusieurs bornes de disponible a l'hôtel et dans les environs (moins de 3 min de marche).
