The staff were all lovely, very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, bed linens and towels were acceptable. Decent breakfast selection- cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, sausage rounds, eggs. Beans one day, roasted potatoes the second day. Something for everyone. It was a nice quiet stay.

Friendly service

It would’ve gotten five stars all around if the second elevator had been working, the hotel was full and waiting for the elevator sometimes took up to 15 minutes to be able to fit on with the luggage. Definitely use the stairs if possible.

Close and clean

We stayed here for a night due to an event in Moncton and it was great. Very clean hotel, the staff were great and conducted an efficient check in. The room was very comfortable and had everything one would need for a nights stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Its ok

Breakfast was good, a little noisy with kids teams but ok. Pillows need some work!

There was no hot tub even though it was advertised to have one which was a bummer. Rooms were clean. Beds not the comfiest but they were okay. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast.

The staff were all so friendly, I appreciate the staff allowing me to check out, stay in lobby to finish my online course.

Wonderfull

The breakfast was good lots of options and the hot tub was excellent jets workedcgreat and the water was hot enough.

I was here on business and will definitely come back. Staff were engaging, room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was really nice as well. Only negative about the stay was that there was only one elevator that was working, which made it challenging over the weekend when there were several guests staying for local tournaments and such.

Staff didn’t seem welcoming

Food was really good, Hot Tub? Where was the hot tub? Please please tell me cuz that would have made my stay sooooo much better! Although it was a great stay hot tub would have topped it off!

The pool was pretty dirty, our shower/tub didn’t drain which left you standing in a tub full of water while trying to shower, and breakfast selections were just okay. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
