The staff were so attentive and the room was lovely. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Was clean and hot! Highly recommend staying here while in Jasper.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and had everything we needed, and the hotel is in a great location.

Travelling from Vancouver to Edmonton in winter is always difficult. My stop in Jasper for one night at the Crimson was the blight of my trip! To my surprise I was upgraded to the Signal Suite. Amazing🇨🇦 I had wonderful supper & breakfast in Terra the hotel restaurant. I can’t thank the staff enough

Rooms were clean and quiet (aside from the train, but it wasn't as bad as I thought and they also leave earplugs anyways). The attached restaurant was amazing - I am celiac and they had lots of options/modifications and the servers were all really great.

Clean room and they use Rocky Mountain soap products.

The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub area was nice. However, it was very noisy during our stay. Both mornings we were woken up before 6 am with kids running up and down the hall and chatting loudly. There was also a loud knocking in the wall once people were up and showering- seemed like it had something to do with plumbing because it wasn’t constant- but it was loud when trying to sleep.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Spotless room, great staff

The rooms were surprisingly large. We had booked two rooms and they kept us side by side which was convenient. Staff (particularly in the restaurant) were very friendly. Rooms were also clean and well maintained.
