It was all I needed for a visit to Dudley to see family. Convenient, room was satisfactory (although no info sheet - I had to go down to reception to find wifi password and breakfast times) Phone in the room didnt appear to work. Bed was comfortable, a beautiful blossom tree was outside my window. Parking was good and breakfast was ideal.

This little gem made a stay in the area that much better, the staff were super super helpful and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean, yes it has a few tatty areas that could be addressed but eveything else out weighs that. Never been to the area and experienced the hospitality at such a high standard. Well done all

The breakfast was very good and good value for money. The evening meal was very nice and good value for money.

The room

We didn't book breakfast, staff at reception helpful. Wouldn't look to book there again, place felt damp, and not warm. Cleaner wanted to come in early to the room, and the moment we were having was lost

Quick service & clean room. Big bed, spacious but heating was broken. Clockwork timer next to bed slightly annoying ticking when you’re trying to drop off.

The rooms were tacky where the floorboard was out of place, the walls had cracks, the door handle was lose and it was worse than a hostel room.

Very nice place.

The room has some kind of timer wired into the wall that was extremely noisy and could not be switched off meaning it kept me awake all night. Also the door outside my room has no slow close on it so every time someone went through it I heard it bang. No sleep all night.

Very basic, uncomfortable bed with awful mattress. But generally clean and ok if you get a cheap rate.

No the AC was not effective enough

Very comfortable stay and all staff were very friendly and helpful

1)Tv stopped working after a short while. 2) Poorly maintained rooms. 3) sink plug did not work. 4) lamps next to bed were poorly fitted and loose. 5) bathrooom was grimet, and needed tlc.

Good location. Staff very nice. Car park. Didnt sample restaurant as seemed closed.
