Check in reception was great.

Room was ok but for deluxe it wasn’t great just ok. I have stayed here loads of times and normally I get a very good room

Room good, staff amazing, just we the people in the next room thought they could party all night , i had one sleepless night , when they started again on night two.. i complained to reception, they instantly changed our rooms , they did everything and more to ensure our stay was good

Their was an issue with the accommodation in hotel but staff were excellent in getting alternative accommodation sorted at this busy time of year. Our trip could have been a disaster but staff + hotel were very responsive in find a solution for unforseen issues in hotel.

First room we went to, single bed was broken and smeared poo on outside of the toilet bowl. Second room had main bed was at a slant so husband found it very uncomfortable. Broken tile on the bathroom floor with sharp edge. Daughter hurt her foot. People in neighbour room locked their kids out of room and let them scream and play out in the hall until 11pm. Disturbing our daughter who was sleeping. Banging walls and being very disruptive.

Comfortable stay. Clean.

Clean room, nice location, spaces. We stayed as a family of 4. Nice washroom.

Parking: Plenty & Free Staff: Friendly Check in: Quick Restaurant: Didn’t use. Bar: Didn’t use. Bedroom: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast: From 6:30, buffet, very nice.

Room needs some upgrades.

No air conditioning and it was advertised, no fridge in room , dirty sheets blankets , bathrooms dirty, loose tiles in bathroom , very dusty room housekeeping came into our room numerous times without asking open door .. food was terrible.

Nice hotel for a great price not far from the centre of Galway.
