Giannis at Check-In was very helpful and accommodating; the restaurant staff, Marina especially, were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice room and staff and well maintained facilities. Great registration staff. They were friendly and very helpful in answering questions re tours and transportation. As a rewards member and our room type we were able to use the Club room for drinks and snacks. The location is not center city but there are buses close by. We used the hop-on bus, a five minute walk away, for easy access to major tour sites and a city overview. I would recommend.

Nice hotel, just not in a very good location. Would have preferred something near Plaka. Pool is very small and not heated. Rooms are nice and clean and staff were pleasant and friendly.

Overall a great option to explore Athens from. Room was clean, housed our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) well. Lovely rooftop pool. Small but great and not overly busy when we were there. Two metro stops from Syntagma square. Quiet area although somewhat dirty but we felt safe the whole time.

Very helpful front desk

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was extremely small and dated. Old door chain lock, etc and worn red carpeting, black mold in parts of shower tiles. Walls of hotel are thin. It was fine for one short last night in Athens before an early flight but would not recommend for tourists or families looking for more modern, clean, spacious accommodations in interesting area.

Very nice and updated property. Close to Subway - easy to get to all tourist attractions. In a quieter location.
