Room great. Staff was lovely. My only criticism is that there were no tissues in the room.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. We particularly liked the breakfast. The only drawback was that the room was small with limited spots for our luggage.

We had a great time staying here! The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is great, very close to San Marco square as well as stops for the water bus which can take you all over the island. The breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this hotel could not have been better! Just a short walk to just about everything. The rooms were so clean, and the staff maintaining them were so cheerful and kind 💜. Check in and out was a breeze and recommendations were good. Breakfast was abundant and good quality.

The location was so convenient to the water taxi/ water bus port! The staff was very helpful and recommended local restaurants for meals! They man the reception area 24 hours a day. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

The room are clean. Staff, from front desk to room service are excellent and attentive to our need and very helpful. The hotel gives you a sense of nostalgia, and yet the bathroom are updated with towel rack dryer. The best part, it is 5 minutes from St. MARK Plaza, St. Mark Basillica, Doge Palace, and the water taxi, gondola dock. Center to everything, food and shopping.

The waitress in the breakfast room is terrible rude, she has not manners, people in front desk are rude too plus the hotel is very old, beds and pillows Horrible

This was the 4 or 5th time we have stayed here and no issue getting to it. Close to all attractions with great staff we have known over the years. We thank all the front staff, breakfast and cleaning staff for taking care of our needs. See you need time for sure.
