Excellent stay - the hotel was super clean and very accessible. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location close to shopping , dinner and regatta site. Newly renovated yet smells a bit new. No breakfast but fruit, snacks coffee, water, juice and tea were helpful.

Loved a one night stay here after an out patient surgery. Comfortable, clean & would definitely stay again.

A great find in Rochester as I was in town for one night picking up a child from college and rooms were very pricy due to a few events. Oakfield was a good value for a very large, updated room in a sleek building. The outside isn't much but once inside it was very modern. Everyone was friendly, and the coffee/juice/snack room was a nice touch and came in handy.

It worked for 1 night

The hotel is newly updated and has some nice finishes but the shower and toilet area are tiny. The light and fan are on the same switch so there is no possibility for a nightlight. The sink is outside of the toilet/shower space and doesn’t have a towel ring or bar. There is no place to hang a toiletries bag near the sink or mirror. Our room had 2 queen beds which were comfortable enough but only one side of each bed had a reading light or bedside table. Phone and watch chargers were not available for couples sharing a bed. Our stay was for 3 nights. Our keys did not work two of the nights. Access to the Main Street is a little confusing.

I had such a lovely stay at Oakfield Hotel & Suites. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The female at the front desk was so so kind and made check-in super easy. The room was spotless and cozy. I felt really comfortable the entire time. The hotel was quiet, which gave me the chance to relax and actually sleep well (a big win!). The area around the hotel felt safe, and I loved how close it was to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy too, which made things even smoother. Honestly, this hotel definitely felt like a peaceful little escape. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town! Thank you Oakfield :)

Great stay and great updates

Hotel was smaller than I anticipated but newly renovated. Room was clean and freshly updated. They offered a minibar but I would have rather had an empty fridge so I could utilize it. Refrigerator was very loud which is probably my only complaint.

Brand new property... Super clean, quiet inside hotel despite being on a major road, and reasonably priced!

Incredible experience! The entire hotel including lobby, and my room were immaculately clean. Bedding was comfortable and cozy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of nearby food options. Parking lot had ample space. All in all a great experience. But just a caution on your first time to the property, it is incredibly easy to pass, so be on the lookout for it!

Newly remodeled hotel, very nice for the price point. Staff was exceptional. Close to dining, no breakfast onsite but you can walk a block to their sister hotel (Country Inn & Suites) to have the breakfast buffet there. They do have grab & go snacks available all day though. When we were there the place had been completely renovated a month ago and it was in great shape, and very clean. It is only 2 stories, and there is no elevator so if a flight of stairs poses a problem for you request a first floor room. All in all a great place in a convenient location.

Love this new hotel. Obviously someone paid special attention to the furnishings and fixtures used in the renovation . Very contemporary design. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel. Staff was lovely during our 2 night stay. Conveniently located near the highway with plenty of food options all around. The suite we stayed in was very well furnished and had all the amenities we could need.
