It is a hotel with a swimming pool that my daughter loves, plus there is a kids club that she can play until she doesn't want to go home. This time we stayed in a Deluxe King Sea View room. The room is a good size, 4 people, not crowded. The two little ones are not old enough, so there is no additional fee. Unfortunately, this time we stayed in the early evening because of various missions. Checked in, took a shower, changed clothes, and went out to find a late meal at the Hua Hin market. It was very convenient to drive, then came back to rest and recharge our batteries. PS. The staff are really lovely. They take care of us, are interested, and answer questions with interest. They recommend the services the hotel provides. The bellboys are also very interested in our things and helped carry them to our room with a willing attitude. Family Time, I recommend this place, it's very good. #WhereverYouGoJustGoTogether💕👨👱‍♀️👧👧

I like it, going for the 2nd time Book a king size bed got 2 beds Doesn't match the reservation, so ask to change and change immediately. The hotel is on the beach, has a children's pool, suitable for families.

We booked 2 rooms for 11 April and requested the hotel for connecting rooms for our family. We were quite regular clients to Regent Chaam before Covid. This was our first stay after 3 year-Covid closure. Room-maintenance is still very good. Rooms & showers are clean. Clean smell of bed sheets and pillows. Breakfast is very good with many varieties. Great hotel gardens with very big trees that give good feelings of green nature surrounding. Very huge area of hotel compound to survey around as there are 2 hotel-wings. No other hotels have such big ground area and gardens. Very huge swimming pools too. A great feeling to have come back again to this place.

The room should be renovated. The screen door is very difficult to move.. If you want to pull hard, you are afraid that it will break.. The staff of the cafe said that they did not clear about happy hour before ordering and asked if the menu that would be included in the promotion.. I can answer that.. I just wasn't in the menu, but I was able to order. When I thought of the bill, I said I couldn't join the promotion.. I'm not very satisfied at this point.. and I blamed the staff at that time... but did not hear any apology Ordering food for dinner at the hotel is very slow...waiting for an hour.. My child is very hungry.. Whoever wants to eat should allow a lot of time because it's not that long since it's not too crowded. Breakfast with taste available

Breakfast is not up to expectations and supervision of hygiene protocol for guest is not strict enough.

With the high distinction hotel, unfortunately there is no comb, no toothbrushes at wash room. No welcome drink or fruits treatment. Another disappointment is hotel with SHA+ grade but didn't supervise the guest having breakfast with proper hand glove on, seeing some guest simply take the foods with no single glove in their hand. Third disappointment is kids swimming pool area but allow guest to smoke, really jeopardize the morning green atmosphere and smoking also bad for kids zone.

Old hotel but very well maintained, rooms are not old and no musty smell at all Breakfast was okay.

Very comfy and all staffs are very helpful. Swimming pool is very big and clean. Good for family trip + lot of kids activity. I love pizza at Peppina most!
