Everything was fine

yes room was clean. Front desk attendant welcomed me like family, and shuttle service to and from airport was a big plus.

The hot water would not get hot enough for a shower. The water was lukewarm. We called maintenance they sent Dan the maintenance man & Ann the MOD to feel the water. The maintenance man said the water could exceed 120 degrees from a boiler. The weather outside is freezing cold, so how is a lukewarm temperature ok??We let water run & run to see if it would get hotter.It never did get hot and the young lady was saying it wasn’t nothing she could but offer me 5,000 points and I asked what was that in dollars? Amount? She couldn’t tell me. We needed a hot shower so bad. We always stay with Hilton wherever we go !! We choose to stay away from the beach this time , we always stay on South Ocean Boulevard at the Hampton Inn . Our water has never been barely warm to the point you can’t even take a shower!! How is the food area able to wash dishes? With cold water!

Tye at the front desk was excellent and room was perfect along with good drinks and food!!

No breakfast. Kinda noisy in the hallway and you can hear people using the bathroom

Clean, large room, nice lobby. Downside: no free breakfast, but they have delicious burgers (for $19)!!
