I stayed for 16 days at the hotel, at checkout time they refused to give me late checkout and forced me to pay half day. Not good behaviors if the hotel full as they said how they give the room for half day money.

Scary, awful…. the hotel be renewed completely, the conditions inhumane… excellent location, nice area, the building outside look good but the rooms are destroyed, change me room twice and every time was worth. Avoid.

2 day stay main reason for staying was the pool for kids Pool not working jacuzzi not working And steam room out of order very disappointed

The room 116 is the most awful and dirty room I have stayed, definitely not for a 4star hotel. View to a wall, food smell from the restaurant every morning. AC/Heater very noisy (impossible to use). I have requested to change the room the same day of the check in, but despite my complaint (please see the photos below) they didn't even tried or excuse to me. Only the young man at front desk was nice but the lady at the front desk was not professional and quite indifferent.

Room is completely run down. Ceiling is black from water leak, doors are disintegrated, furniture is old. Breakfast is ordinary. This is a 2-star hotel at best

The worst hotel along with the worst customer services and they need to learn how to deal with customers in good manners
