We had a single night booked and were happy with the room and the hotel in general. The buffet . Unfortunately we forgot something in the room when we checked out, only realised when we got home. I contacted the hotel and the duty manager Alex was very helpful and suggest and way forward and sorted it out brilliantly.forward breakfast was very nice.

Great family friendly hotel

Family room could be a bit bigger it was standard room with sofabed when unfolded you couldnt get to window as there was simply no space Bathroom good with separate door for WC thats sophisticated :) Breakfast nothing special , but crowded

Accommodation good but the room was noisy with a fan outside the window that made a buzzing noise all night long and as it was a warm eveningvthe widow was open and the room was very noisy.

Perfect place to stay whilst visiting my daughter who goes to UWE, the room was clean and spacious there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with an iron ironing board and hairdryer. The only downside of the room was it took a while for the water to go down in the shower. Breakfast was good but could be better by adding mushrooms and veggie sausage without having to ask and then wait for them but I really am nitpicking I have stayed at this hotel a lot my daughter has been in Bristol for 4yrs and we will be back in a few weeks time to see her again

Property is clean and food menu has improved. A known and reliable quantity

The hotel & room were a little tired in places. Our room was clean, it had a comfortable bed and a great shower with pleasantly branded toiletries. All the staff that we came across were friendly & helpful. We arrived earlier than expected (about an hour before check-in) & the staff were most accommodating in sorting out our room. Would stay here again.

Excellent as always

We thought you would just get a breakfast bap. Instead it was the full works so we were pleasantly surprised. However the flush in the toilet in room 149 was very poor.
