Amazing service from all staff. Beautiful hotel. Staff went above and beyond during our stay. Our meal in the restaurant was out of this world and will be a lifelong memory!

Nice boutique style hotel. Great presentation & tasty, up-market food in the restaurant but limited menu. Quiet area with not much to do in the immediate local vicinity. Stayed here ahead of flight from nearby Bergamo airport.

It’s okay for the price you pay.

Nice location, and hotel, staff a bit slow and lacked initiative. We had asked 2 weeks in advance for adjoining rooms but only managed it on our 2nd night. On first night were directed to a restaurant which was shut. At breakfast had to request for more hot water twice before anything was done.

Loved this hotel, beautiful, quirky, staff friendly, helpful. We arrived early evening & the restaurant was not open but the pool bar was open and the barman very kindly rustled up some lovely snack bites. Various rooms to relax in and the art around the building was amazing! Would definitely go back if visit Begamo again the future.

Hotel emailed 2 days before check-in saying outdoor pool was closed (booked 3 months ago mainly for that reason!), turns out reason was for a wedding which they would have known about for a long time. Aircondition in the room was more like a fan blowing hot air around. Staff friendly. Decor nice. Location on a big road. Minibar had clearly not been cleaned in a long time as a layer of liquid was covering the bottom.

Everything and everyone was great, loved the style and decor, location was excellent however internet was not that good, could not connect to google and gmail, only Facebook and Instagram and it was lagging. Referred to staff, at least we got a printout of a google map to help us get to our next place.

Interesting hotel filled with art decor and in a historic building.

Went here with my son on a mid term break. Great value and booked on Hotel.com. within walking distance of a big supermarket. Evening meals very expensive in the hotel, but a number of reasonable priced eateries in the area. Train and bus station approx 2k walk from the hotel. Room very clean, and a good base for travelling. Went in October and overall very good value for money. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel with great location close to Milan.The stuff was very helpful.The only thing I was confused with Expedia was that from our first reservation which cancelled and I made a new one Expedia took the 60€ while the receptionist told us that we would take it back!

Amazing hotel on a very nice neighborhood. Very quiet and 2 blocks from tangenzialle de Bergamo. Easy driving directions.

Hotel is great, food excellent etc. Only problem was shower, water did not drain and floods bathroom

Very good experience: - Room was cleaned at high standard every day and towels changed too; - Huge bed (never slept in such a big bed before) and very firm and comfortable; - Very friendly staff able to speak different languages and help you with things-to-do around the location; - The hotel was stunning, decorated with luxurious furniture; - Beautiful swimming pool It is worth it a stay and it is close to the airport and Bergamo centre. Few restaurants walking distant

Located in a very 'non-touristy' area I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet, relaxing holiday away. It is also 6 min train away from Bergamo which is bursting with restaurants, bars and lovely architecture so you can have the best of both worlds! The hotel restaurant was closed as August (when we went) is their holiday month but there were a couple of lovely restaurants nearby so this was not an issue for us. Amazing staff and lovely rooms - I will be staying again!

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very pleasing but the hotel is overloaded with events reservation which reduce the pleasing from the place. Moreover, the reservation over eBooker went wrong at the hotel and i learned it as i was already supposed to have the room. It was clearly unpleasant to have to find a solution at the last minute for my 2 first nights. Then to arrive in an hotel having 2 to 3 events every night over the week end. I do not advice this hotel for a weekend in nice weather conditions, they are too much busy making money over events.
