They didn't change the sheets the all time of my stay. Just the towels. One staff was very rude to me.

Great location in Fatima, a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. Hotel was very clean and fresh, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was extensive and plentiful with lots of staff on hand to help. Room was spacious, great shower and a very comfortable bed. Great hotel and excellent value for money

The Sao Jose hotel is very close to the Fatima Sanctuary and has restaurants and souvenir & coffee shops next door. The hotel itself has a restaurant and souvenirs as well, but the hours open may differ. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Our check in went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for pilgrims and those visiting the area. A shout out to Vera for her warm hospitality. They have bicycles for rent and also offer candles to purchase for the candlelight vigils held nightly.

패키지 단체로 많이 오는 호텔이라서인지, 여성 호텔리어분이 한국어도 잘 알아들으십니다. 조식도 유럽호텔중에선 드물게 생채소 놓여있고 전반적으로 맛있었어요. 어메니티나 청소상태도 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 터미널 바로 앞이고 성지와 슈퍼 중간위치라 뭐 사러 가기도 좋고 성지 가기도 좋고 다른 도시 오가기도 좋습니다. 이번 여행에서 가성비 가장 좋았던 호텔입니다. 정말 추천드려요

The hallways are a bit dark and not well lighten but the rooms are okay. They need renovationa but they are clean.

Great cozy hotel near the sanctuary

Great place to stay

Staff very professional, made us feel very welcome. Room is clean and nice, bed very comfortable. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the bus station and just a5 minute walk from the church. We were able to store our luggage before check in time and even after check out

Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Limited parking space. Staff were all very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Great location.
