We had a wonderful experience. The staff were all wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. We will definitely be returning. Also the meal selection at dinner is absolutely delicious. We loved everything we tried and the portion sizes are appropriate.

Everything is fine with this hotel, absolutely great staff, amazing thoughtfulness and helpfulness. The hotel environment is very calm and friendly, great for families. Direct entrance in front of the tunnel to the thermal baths. Very rich breakfast, constantly checked and replenished

Some staff very friendly, others unfriendly unfortunately .. shower of deluxe room is small.. room is new and very nice with balcony, calm.
