Staff were very nice. Apartment was great. And the village around was very sweet to us 😊

Convenient and good

Property needs an upgrade. Kitchen utensils were old and floor needs more cleaning. Check in instructions came a bit late.

Front desk Adam was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and decent size.

Amazona stay

This property has very old rooms and has very dirty floors and the corners are not clean. The smell is horrific. The bed on the other hand was very comfortable and very clean as were the bedsheets and the towel towels and actual fixtures in the bathroom. Definitely needs renewing or as good cleaning of the floor and the walls. There were bugs everywhere but okay for a one night quick sleepover. We had reserved a larger room, which apparently was a duplex. But what we didn’t know is that all one of the rooms was downstairs. There was no toilet downstairs so my mother who has walking canes could not stay with us so we had to change the room to a smaller room.

I had bed experience with their location so many unclear directions

Overall decent place. I didn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons: a property should really impress me to get 5 and the other reason being (I want to say there should be a housekeeping inspector of every room to be sure they are ready for the next guest). Example: the dishes, had they been inspected, would’ve been noticed that they were unclean. I shouldn’t have to wash the dishes before I can use it. I had to chase down a wine bottle opener. If inspection was made, that too would’ve been noticed and the receptionist wouldn’t have become so flustered and upset with housekeeping. Apart from this, nice property; spacious room.

You get what you pay for... but this hotel is clean tidy and well situated with friendly staff

i was charged extra after leaving the hotel for not having replaced the dishes in the cupboard (i washed then and left them on the surface to dry) and apparently i was expected to empty the trash myself. at a hotel. and i was supposed to glean this information from a sticker posted on the wall.

It would have been perfect had there been a solution to the laundry services. I had run out of Euros, and there was no option to purchase this service on site other than via euro coins, €8.00 was all that was needed but without coins to that value I was unable to use these services. Could you look into adding this option when booking this type of accommodation; similar to breakfast!

Unfortunately we arrived after checkin time and there was no way to recover the room.
