Comfortable place, clean and friendly staff

Clean, safe, close to shopping

This isn't on the staff but i would have liked to have been warned of icelands new lodging fees. Not a huge deal but sorta disappointed

Very friendly staff, convenient location

Lack of some basic stuff that you have to ask for. No microwave or fridge in the room.

While the room and accommodation was great. Water smelled with Sulphur and it was not easy for shower. Also the shower is super small

It was a small hotel and staffs were kind. However the room was a bit noisy with vehicle sounds passing through near by highway alnight.

The dining area is a bit chaotic particularly when a group is in. It seems the staff tries to verify your reservation which make the dining experience really BAD… The manager should be revisit the procedure

Great views of the lake and hot tub is a plus.

Good value, very helpful staff, but missing some things Americans expect. There were no USB ports or mini fridge in the room. On the other hand, the staff offered to refrigerate things for us. It was cool enough out that we were able to use the balcony to keep things cool. It was what we needed at an affordable price and staff went out of their way for us. The only real downsides were that the beds were quite soft (though this is common in Europe) and the tap water smelled like sulfur.

I really enjoyed my time here. Staff was great and it’s located in a nice spot, not too far from much around the area !

Hotel is in a convinent location, a shopping mall is close. Room is nice and clean. Free parking. Check in quick and smooth. The staff is very friendly.

Overall, the property was great. Our room faced the highway and that was a bit noisy

Nice sized room. Front desk staff was very nice. Tv reception came in and out. A lot of road noise. Not much within walking distance

The room is clean, but plenty of highway noise, so difficult to sleep with noise and light. The hot water in the room was not working.

We found the hotel very affordable and adequate to our needs. Breakfast was solid and those working in the hotel were very professional and polite. Rooms, however, are VERY hot due to poor ventilation in the summer and, as others have mentioned, the water has a very strong sulphur smell.
