Good breakfast Room very clean Quiet Shops near by Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service

One night stay for a flying visit. Rooms are quite tired but perfectly functional. Bar was really nice and they were showing the football. Really nice atmosphere in there, lots of holiday makers and food looked good. Breakfast was awesome. Didn't need to eat the rest of the day! A two minute walk to the station.

Room was very much as expected. Excellent location for train station and town. Very friendly staff. My room was a single room which was clean and comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and the meals were great, perfect location for train travellers.

Easy access, very clean and fine room. We arrived at around 9.30pm, and went straight to bed. There is a little sofa area with a lovely view should you want to stay up and not be in the pub. Good for small children also. We had breakfast in the morning which was also fine and made our way.

Great location next to trains, and a fantastic pub/hotel with a very welcoming & friendly vibe. I wasn't expecting breakfast so this was a bonus to me! That said, rather pricey and not too good at being environmentally minded (single use plastics for soap and tiny bottles for example).

Conveniently situated next to the harbour so a good overnight stop if you are at catching the ferry to the Scillies. Very friendly staff and a good pub restaurant. The room was fairly small but comfortable and very clean. Overall I good value

Great stay. The staff were excellent. Spacious room and ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend. No lift but stairs were manageable.

The team were fab! But it's a pub and at times I didn't feel safe with the members of the public that were in the bar and the smoking area. Other than that? The room was large and clean. Though I didn't get the cord for the shower, and shower curtain and water going everywhere.

Very traditional old English inn. Small cosy rooms, no air conditioning, no elevators , very friendly service. Breakfast is included and a great breakfast - close to train and bus station. City shops close by 6pm Would stay there next time again

Very convenient for station and shuttle bus to Lands End airport. We stayed one night before a holiday in the Scillies. Had an evening meal & breakfast - both good and v friendly service

Very noisy. Rubbish nights sleep as noise outside and inside. Breakfast ok. Convenient for travelling onwards

This was a very nice three day stay at the Longboat in Penzance. Very clean, very friendly place, and very secure. The breakfast offered is more than plentiful, and the service quite good.

Very close to the train station and the bus terminal, which was great for us as we had no car. Room was basic and small, but it was clean and comfortable. They have a breakout area on the first floor which is lovely to sit and watch the world go by.
