Room smelled bad, was warm, and the bathroom flooded. There were very limited food options and communication with staff was difficult.

Perfectly situated for a mid holiday stop over. Reception were excellent no fuss getting checked in. Rooms adequate if not modernised but perfect for a family and all you need. Location is near a massive retail park 3 m ins drive where you can get some food in the evening hours. Breakfast was also spot on. Recommend a stay if passing.

Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. Also the shower head wouldn’t stay in place but it was nice and hot They don’t have a kettle But it was very good value Staff were very helpful. Good location

Bargain option. You get what you pay for. The hotel offers very few facilities. No towels in bedrooms. No tea/coffee in room. No vending machines. Rooms are tired and unloved. Stains on carpets and walls throughout. Lots if noise from other guests through the night (stayed Saturday night). But it is very cheap, in a pleasant town and in a convenient location for onward travel.

The place is in good location. Easy for drivers but also walking distance from the cathedral - an amazing place.

The bathroom especially the shower needs refurbishment leaking water.

Overnight stop only but good experience in general.

Highly recommend Comfort Hotel. The room was spacious, bed & pillow comfortable. The breakfast the best I’ve had in France.

Rooms are tired and shabby.need updating. Only one plug in for phone charging etc. Bathroom wc dirty no extractor fan working mould around bath. Corridor carpets dirty and stained. Hotel rooms need refurbishment. Staff overworked but helpful.

Basic and tired but was perfect for the one night stay we needed. Good value for money.

We made a mistake with the date (booked for the next day) howver the receptionist rectified this for us. We have to thank her for her friendliness and profesionism.

Friendly staff and pet friendly

Hotel in very poor condition. Peeling paint, mould, carpets were beyond dirty. Staff were lovely & breakfast good which is why it’s not dreadful for every category. Some reviews on here must be made up - “excellent “ ????? it certainly wasn’t!

No air conditioning in 30c

I was very impressed with the hotel. The name ‘comfort hotel’ is the perfect description. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as my elderly and infirm parents required a room close to reception - not far to walk - so she changed the room for easier access. We chose to have a snack/meal before bed and the receptionist assisted with this also. Sadly I think our meal was cooked using a microwave and were possibly cooked from frozen in packets as the meal was a disappointment. (Not the receptionist fault). Breakfast was great after a comfortable night.

Hotel in need of a makeover. Damp & bad smell in corridor to rooms on lower level . Mould on bathroom ceiling, room cold & damp. Bathroom surprisingly large , hot water & hair dryer a bonus. Receptionist friendly but disappointing that she didn’t inform us that bar was closing although only customers in the bar . Breakfast ok but not worth price.
