it was ok,not good value for price paid

Location is superb - right in the centre of Malvern. Car parking is on-site and free of charge. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. The room was unbearably hot (no A/C and no fan provided). The bathroom tiny and poor quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was poor. The buffet consisted of packets of cereal and a couple of bowls of chopped fruit. The coffee was weak and the quality of the cooked breakfast, not great. We asked for tomato ketchup and this tiny bowl of thin, red gloop arrived which tasted nothing like tomato ketchup. The whole place had the air of 'cost cutting' which is sad as the property is nice and the location brilliant.

Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Great location for walking the hills and is in the centre of all the shops

Plenty of parking, a lovely big room with stunning views. Nice bathroom. Tea and Coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff were warm and welcoming. Can highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very attentive

Two lovely restaurants in one hotel. Sampled both and thoroughly enjoyed them. The room was good, though the restaurant background tape was a bit close for comfort, just outside the window.

Great location with wonderful views across the town and the Severn Plain.

Traditional villas, appartments around a village green. The inside of the apartments has been nicely updated. the reception area needs an professional update.

Lovely building and location. Very hot, fan in the room was useless.

The hotels location is excellent. However, the standard of the room and breakfast was lower than a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn Express and it cost substantially more.
