We had a very comfortable nights stay here. Easy, precise instructions for gaining access to the property, and a very comfortable room. Host was very easy to speak to and the breakfast tray was amazing! Good pub just up the road too!

The proprietor is a very friendly gent. The property is basically a private home with two rooms (I think) for visitors and two parking spaces...perfect!. The room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. There was a generous "continental" breakfast (though the term "continental" understate the extraordinarily generous tray delivered to one's room). The property is about a mile from the lovely town center and the cathedral. A comfortable walk if you are capable of walking.

I was welcomed by name. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly wish for. Breakfast was served on the dot of 8 as promised. The selection was great and the quality excellent.

Well, situated, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Off street parking. Beautifully decked out for the festive season, lots of nice litter touches. Welcome sign on arrival and good tips for where to go in town. Great breakfast delivered to door. Lovely one night stay.

For reasons outside the owners control the accommodation became unavailable at short notice. The owner informed me and offered me an alternative at his expense as it cost more than I'd originally paid. I couldn't have asked for anymore and was able to continue with my trip.

The property was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, the owners were very helpful, the breakfast although delivered to our room was very good with a wide choice of items to choose from. The room itself was a bit tired and items didn't work.

We stayed in the small room, though small it had everything we needed. Very clean and Covid rules being rigorously applied. Good selection of different things for breakfast. Owner is well organised and some nice touches during our stay (like fresh milk delivered for the evening).

The property was good, Winchester only a short walk away. No cooked breakfast, although the croissant was nice

Did not like the self service breakfast. Would have been better if someone was there. Richard was very good and allowed me to arrive early and made me a cup of tea. Allowed me to keep my cases there until the room was ready.

We enjoyed our stay at 31 Queens Road B&B but our room with twin beds was very small and the television did not work well. There was a porcelain tea kettle but no way to heat it. Also our ensuite bathroom required that we walk down the hallway to access it. The continental breakfast served downstairs provided a large selection of cereals, fruit, fruit juices, coffee, and tea and the owner also took orders for porridge, toast, and croissants.The owner was very pleasant and helpful to discuss things to do in the area.
