Very happy with spacious family room. Beds were comfortable and room was a nice temperature. The location of hotel not too far from Galway was great. The only bad thing was the noisy bathroom tap.

Very lovely hotel! We were charged €7/day for our one year old son to eat breakfast.

Loved this hotel! It was smaller, which made check in and parking super easy. Our hotel room was exceptional, clean and spacious. The bar/restaurant connected was slightly below average. My wife ordered a wine & the wine glass had bright lip stick imprints all over the top of the rim. When we mentioned it to the bartender, he poured the glass in a new (clean) one. The bartender had a difficult time making a mixed drink on their menu and had the attitude that he didn’t want to be there, or didn’t want us there. We had a single drink & avoided ordering any food or anything else.

Everything was so good, lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff in the lobby and spa. However, we were strongly annoyed by a staff named Emily in the restaurant when we ordered cook breakfast. She displayed unhelpful and unfriendly manner, and even questioned whether we had paid for the breakfast in front of all other customers. This made us feel very embarrassed and being offended.

This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 9 day trip around Ireland. We stayed in a family room which was modern and spacious. ar

Nice hotel, staff was great. Pictures make it appear more modern than it is actually but still well kept. Only complaint was housekeeping didn't always leave towels etc...

Our second visit here, this hotel is a great value, restaurant is excellent.

Good location. Away from the busy Galway but not too far away. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. Aircon was amazing.

It was a very clean and neat place. We had plenty of space to spread out in the 5 person room. The bed was very comfortable as well, and water pressure the best in Ireland!

It's an average hotel. Staff were excellent. I would recommend staying for short overnight stays. No microwave or mini fridge.

Good hotel staff. Poor WiFi though, impossible to maintain a connection even though we tried multiple devices. Restaurant was also hit or miss. Wife’s meal was very good mine was average at best. Staff seemed disinterested
