We had a fab 3 night stay. Everything was just what we wanted (having the twin room on the ground floor made it perfect for us). Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location (be aware of parking restrictions). The breakfast was superb with fresh ingredients and a great choice.

Excellent hotel. Owners were friendly and caring. The room was spotless, spacious and has numerous little touches that make a difference. Also plenty of surface space for toiletries etc. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Plenty to choose from and beautifully cooked. Discount given at the pub across the road (Queen Victoria) for meals.

We had a quick two night stay at Lynton house in early February. We loved our time here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with ideas of the local area. Room was comfortable with all the amenities you require in a small hotel. Breakfast was excellent and fresh tasting. Location was perfect for us, with limited mobility, just off the front pier end of the bay. Out of season so the hotel and Llandudno were very quiet but that suited us fine. If ever we were in Llandudno again we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Mark and Sheridan

We had a lovely stay at Lynton house when visiting family. Staff and breakfast were lovely and very attentive. Will definitely stay again when we next visit!

All very good except parking but thats unfortunately how Llandudno managec to.get spaces had a lovely few days would definitely go back to that hotel and the proprietor Mark was very helpful Thankyou .

This hidden gem within the row of accommodation, was a great find. A warm welcome, to a beautiful establishment, very homely, clean and very well loved. The room we had, well furnished and very clean. The breakfast was very nice too. If you had any needs I am sure they would be well catered for, all you had to do was ask. If we were to go back to Llandudno, we would definitely return, as the location, was great too. We were lucky to gain a parking space at the rear but this is limited, as it throughout the town.

Fabulous bed and breakfast with friendly host, clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast and fabulous location so close to the pier and prom, could even see the sea from my window! Ideal location for the prom, pier, Great Orme Tramway, Happy Valley Botanical Gardens and shops, all under 5 minutes walk. Happy to recommend. Thank you. Just the relaxing break I needed!
