Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, I would stay there again.

Terrible experience. I had to leave the hotel due to the poor room condition. A/C broken, bathroom door lock broken, missing fridge, broken tiles, shower head broken. AVOID!

Nice, clean and easy, friendly staff. I was there for one night, arriving from the airport and going back the next day.

Good service from front desk employees. Room was very small and ac unit was broken.

It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived. The reception staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The self service breakfast was very good. All food on offer was excellent. This is a very old hotel but it's clean good value and right in the centre of the city. Very convenient for shopping and dining out.

It's fine here, it's an old hotel but good for the price. No hairdrier, no coffee making facilities in the room but the bed was very comfortable & the self service buffet breakfast was adequate.

Good location in the Mendoza town center If you have a rented car then on the street parking may be a bit problematic. Fantastic breakfast provided

It was good overall but lack a bit of personal touch and attention to detail. Reception staff were so lovely and informative, breakfast was extensive and great location.

As expected for 3 star. Good value for money. Old installation. Should replace carpets.

Pretty good location in central Mendoza - we walked to many things. Parking was confusing. Breakfast was OK but not great - dry white bread, no cold milk, toaster didn't work well. Staff was helpful but you may have some problems if your Spanish is poor like ours.

Enjoyed our stay here. Close to shopping. Easy to get around. Very little English spoken but easy enough to communicate. Nice parks close by. Hotel has nice breakfast and reasonable menu for lunch or dinner. Not expensive. Large lounge area. Can store luggage. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Most of the guests were in big tour groups, so the breakfast was crowded. The area isn't charming but is convenient to the center.
