Non smoking room with smell of smoke

Accueil médiocre, on nous a donné une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée, on a dû redescendre pour en avoir une autre, située au troisième à côté du bar, impossible de dormir avant 3h00 de la nuit, le bruit, les cris des clients, la musique extrêmement forte. Service inexistant, autant à l’arrivée qu’au départ.

Great size and clean room, functioning shower and drains, good pool, good restaurant, nice river vuew and convenient parking

J'ai demandé d'avoir une chambre avec le stationnement devant. On m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible à un prix similaire. Pourtant, il y avait maximum 6 chambres louées dans tout l'hôtel. Comme il y avait des disponibilités, un dimanche soir 19:00, je pense qu'il y aurait eu moyen d'être accomodant. Une chambre ou une autre quand l'hôtel est vide. Pour un prochain séjour, j'irai probablement ailleurs.

Le son du bar était si fort que nous avons dû changer de chambre à 22h avec deux jeunes enfants car le son était épouvantable. Visiblement, on ventait l’endroit pour la famille mais c’est un endroit pour faire le party entre ami jusqu’à 3h du matin. La deuxième chambre sentait la moisissure et l’air climatisé était très bruyante. De la rouille dans la salle de bain et à la piscine. Besoin de beaucoup d’amour. Le lit était confortable et il y avait un micro-ondes, ce qui était pratique.

Tout est propre rien à dire, silencieux, j’ai bien dormi

J'avais une chambre sans balcon ou patio et j'ai pu la changer pour une chambre avec patio. J'ai beaucoup apprécié! Merci!

Nothing interesting, photos in websites not like the real images

They are very accommodating, especially after my check engine light came on in my truck and I was hoping to drive further today! They let me wait it out in their lobby till my truck appointment at 4:00 p.m. Thank you to the staff at Quality Inn! We will definitely recommend, and also be back, when in the area.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were exceptional. It was very pleasant to be so welcome.
