The room smelled awful, the floor was gritty, the fridge had mold in it, there was no remote for the tv or anyway to turn it on, and the tub had hair and other debris. When I called the front desk to ask for another room the person working said “what do you want me to do, come clean your tub?” When I asked for another room she huffed and said she might be able to figure something out if I can back to the desk. Most of the town showed as sold out, so we stayed for one night and found another hotel for the next two nights. Expedia helped us get a refund.
