Las camas no son muy cómodas, las instalaciones no son las más bonitas, aunque la propiedad está en un área tranquila, sin ruidos. se puede descansar por lo menos con tranquilidad, la mejor ventaja es que tiene acceso a muchos estacionamientos, es una característica buena, ya que en Europa es difícil encontrar propiedades con estacionamientos propios, así que si rentas un auto es fabuloso y el centro de Porto queda a 20 minutos en carro.

I had a wonderful stay at Star Inn Porto and would happily stay here again. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with modern, clean, and comfortable rooms in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently located close to downtown Porto, and Uber rides to most attractions are inexpensive, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. One feature I especially appreciated was the energy-saving system that activates the room when you insert your key card. Combined with a very efficient air conditioning system, the room cooled down within minutes and stayed comfortable even during warmer days. The only minor downside was the mattress. It felt firmer than expected during part of my stay, although it’s possible the mattress topper had shifted after housekeeping, making it feel much harder than intended. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s the one area that could be improved. Overall, Star Inn Porto exceeded my expectations. Great staff, excellent location, very good breakfast, clean facilities, and outstanding value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Please pay a little bit extra and avoid this hotel if you’re a young couple or family. Rooms are cramped, staff are rude and unhelpful, AC and fridge do not work. They make their rooms seem really nice in the pictures but it’s a huge letdown. Trust me, book somewhere else if you like some decent space, and decent staff. Huge huge letdown. AVOID

Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh . Not impressed with this place !

The rooms are clean and as described. We were taken good care of by friendly and attentive staff. Checking-in and checking-out was quick and hassle-free. We had a wonderful stay.

Este hotel es conveniente por que queda a menos de 15 minutos del aeropuerto, puntos de encuentro de actividades turísticos y shopping mall. Es muy limpio y tiene lo básico para una estadía segura. Desventajas: Aunque cuenta con desayuno bufé a buen precio, no tiene cocina para ordenar meriendas durante el resto del día. Los ruidos del pasillo y del exterior se escuchan bastante dentro de la habitación. El primer día casi no pude dormir por los ruidos de afuera y las conversaciones del cuarto de al lado. Por demás todo estuvo bien.

Black molds in the shower. You cannot unseen it esp with white tiles. Please take this to improve cleaning your shower ot get an industrial cleaner to remove the molds. The location is 4-5 blocks away from most restaurants and groceries. They provide soap, but bring your conditioner. Staff are ok. There is no fridge here. If you like buying juice or drinking cold beer in your room, There is no fridge, so if you are staying for more than three nights, get a hotel that provides one. Stayed here for one night and its ok. If I need a one-night hotel this is ok.

Excellent customer service. Specially at the Front desk. It has been the only hotel in a long path through Europe, that ask at the check out time, how did you feel at the prope!!!
