3 years in a row I stay at this hotel, I love it Clean, neat, VIP room

This is an amazing hotel and most of the staff doing their best and work hard and friendly.Also extra thanks to Ms.Seda Ocak and her team.They are so professional and always happy to help!In the restaurants you can find plenty of food and drink and all are great and delicious! Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa Akkus from the main restaurant and also all good and friendly servers and chiefs.You will never regret to choose this hotel.I am hoping to go there again.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly but just few people speak English. Front desk is great. Buffet is very good with a lot of variety of food. Bars are excellent with nice drinks. Only one negative thing is as being VIP property with Expedia, and I am holding gold status, I was denied my credit 15 Euros per night for massage which was advertised at the time of booking and refused to recognize credit toward payment.

Lovely setting. Plenty of Poole areas. Food was OK, staff spoke very little English so had a few communication problems.

Excellent customer relations.

Overall a really nice hotel with so much to do. Not a cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for. Only negative was the WiFi coverage, especially in the main restaurant which was pretty much no coverage at all. WiFi is a basic amenity now like hot water and electricity. They need to fix that issue.

First holiday to Antalya stayed at Susesi luxury resort and we absolutely love it it was fantastic . Travelled with 3 kids (under 7) and all loved it as much as the adults did . On arrival we met Sinan and Orhun who really went above and beyond in looking after us and made the trip much more memorable . The mini club kept the kids entertained as well as endless food options which is always a winner . The spa treatments were also one of the best visited . The restaurants had so many options the term spoilt for choice doesn’t do justice . The swimming pools were always clean as were all the facilities . Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality.

Spacious property with plenty of Activities - loved the pool gym with Karia and drinks deliveries on skates the ever smiling by Atiye and her male colleague - they were both absolutely brilliant along with the bar and restaurant staff - a special thank you to the Chefs for making the chilli and onion pizza (Indian style)

Property is now dated. Very busy and have to reserve sunbeds early to secure one. Ala carte restaurants average. Service is fine and staff friendly. Wouldn’t return.

They gave us our room at the close out section of the resort we made multiple attempts to change our room but weren't able to as to frond desk people did not care what so ever. Plus the resort is a part of taxi scam be aware of that !!

Great hotel

Absolutely wonderful experience with Susesi, professional and friendly staff make this hotel a place to remember. Food selection is outstanding. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Definitely will go there again. Thanks Susesi

It was a very crowded hotel and I don’t think they can accommodate all the people staying there. There were times we couldn’t find a sunbed to lay and people usually put their towels down and claim most of it. Kemal bey at the restaurant was very nice. Food was good but nothing amazingly good. Overall I felt like I was at Disney Land and not a 5 star hotel where you relax.

Wondering

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking forward to unwind/ relax. Landscaping was beautiful. Food& drinks were high quality. Evening shows were great. The hotel had a spacious room& beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast& efficient. Definitely try their Spa services& I had an amazing massage treatment. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel usually hosting Russian visitors and the shows are directed more to that crowed. Lots of food at good quality. The pools are excellent and the beach is very nice. Mostly recommended for relaxation very quiet atmosphere.

Smoothy check in with great ladyTatiana and Pascal from the front disk !! comfortable and very clean rooms ! Great serves every where in the resort !! very very kind young waitress at Lobby Bar ... As my memory helps me I would like to mention both Gemze & Gemze !!! also Gul and the Barman after midnight ...they all were very kind and serve us with a great smile .....
