Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool

Room was Clean, would need some rénovations...some of the Floor tiles have to be repared and one of the chairs was broken Staff was polite and curteous

The outdoor hot tub was a pleasant surprise!

We had such a lovely visit! It's a beautiful old classic Hotel with a gorgeous Spa facility that we were unable to use :-) this time! But it's right on the biking paths in Granby. We rode out of the door into these beautiful long rides through the National Park and around the lake and then we're able to have dinner at the hotel which was excellent as was the breakfast. We also were able to walk into the Village area and have lovely hors d'oeuvres before one of our dinners. The owners and the staff are so welcoming and generous. It's a wonderful weekend getaway and we will definitely stay again!

I called 1 day in advance to upgrade my check-in, instead of 16hrs, I approved to be charged $$ so the check in could be at 13:30 but the option was not available !! I really disagree that when check-out, I was charged $$ for the concept of "Hotel Service Fee", due to I requested to take the breakfast at the Bistro Picollo. Added to that the SAUNA was out of service. We asked for the assistance and the answer was, it's not working. I do NOT recommend the place. We paid a considerable amount of money and we expect that services are functionals. =/

Work out equipment was not all functioning, very clean though, nice hotel. I’ll be back 👍

The most important element for any accommodation is a good mattress. The last time I slept on anything that hard I was sleeping in a sleeping bag in a tent on the ground. There were a number of other inconveniences that we overlooked ie. ice machine that didn’t work, in room coffee maker that also didn’t work, coming back in the afternoon to find them paving the parking lot in front of the entrance and no signs or staff outside to tell customers how they could access the hotel. On the positive side, the restaurant was delightful and great value (I would highly recommend), the spa wonderfully relaxing after a busy day and the employees very helpful if short staffed.
