Great hotel with character. It was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Andrew was very accommodating and made us welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were there on May bank holiday weekend, the hottest of the year and were provided with fans for our rooms which came in very handy. I would recommend the Queenswood Hotel for sure.

We had room only, lovely sized room a massive bed, bathroom good, over the bath shower but was lovely and hot, only downside we had a balcony but the key had been lost so unable to use, apart from that a very good stay.

Lovely ,quiet hotel only 8 minutes walking down to the seafront. Very friendly but professional staff/owner. I had the full English ,it was delicious. There were other options available. Nice clean room with large ensuite. The towel rail warmer was actually on and kept towels dry and warm unlike some other places where there's no means of getting them to come on! I would certainly recommend to others.

We were here just for one night, departing early the next morning. We were allocated Room 1a on the second floor, which had a lovely sea view. The room was comfortable and coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks were all provided. We did not stay for breakfast as we did not have time. Andrew, the owner, was not there when we checked in but he made sure to come and speak with us before he left. All in all, a very pleasant stay

Room was great clean and spacious including a good size bathroom with everything you could need supplied including bottles of water tea and coffee and snacks that was replenished after the first night the hotel is in a great location less than a minute walk to the seafront and many places to eat and drink we enjoyed our two nights stay and would use this hotel again and definitely recommend to other's

Such an unexpected delight to stay here in Weston-super-Mare. Smart property, super-clean. The attention to detail in the public areas was perfectly matched by the bedrooms. Truly excellent. The in-room snacks,were welcome, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was uber chic, with high end toiletries provided. Housekeeping was flawless, location; great and Andrew, our host was perfect. Absolutely recommend!

According to Expedia I’m in the top 10 of travellers in the UK and I’ve gotta say for a small hotel. My room was spacious. Warm clean breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent. I would 100% stop here again. Wi-Fi works well. Phone reception is good. Parking can be a little bit tight that is the only complaint.

Just had a great stay at this charming & welcoming hotel. 1st time in the area. Called ahead the day before to arrange an early check in as I was attending a funeral at the scheduled check in time. Parking was on site - and check in was easy & quick. Room was spacious, clean and lovely en-suite. Tea/coffee & biscuits provided, plus bottled water & snacks. TV & WiFi easy to access. Bed was large & very comfy. Quiet area - with easy access to seafront, and local town. Bar was well stocked & enjoyed a drink with the host on my return. Would highly recommend & use again next time I’m in the area.
