Didn't like ... TV set would not change channel. Front desk gentleman, very helpful, had to come up and get it working properly. He told me they had bought new sets but no other ones remotes. I talked to another guest on the elevator and he had the same complaint .. TV set was acting up. Also the sleeper sofa on the room , which I didn't use, the cushions didn't fit properly so whrn you day on it you sank down to the springs of the bed. Not satisfied with this stay at all ... Maybe 2 stars

Excellent room, very clean and staff was amazing!

The property was clean, but you could tell it was well used. The shower curtain is made of material and soaks up the water, always leaving a mess on the floor.

Filthiest, most dilapidated place I’ve ever stayed. I want a refund. The room was nothing like pictures. Aside from beds. There was NO FURNITURE! Room looked Like a prison cell. Totally misrepresented on line. I wore flip flops in shower! I DEMAND A EEFUND!!

Rusted tub nasty pillows wet carpet

All of the staff we interacted were very pleasant and helpful. The were very professional. No complaints. Would stay here again. The only "complaint" was that there was significant rust / discoloration around the drain control in the bath tub. Overall the room was clean and neat. Was only a 1 night stay. Just needed a place to sleep and shower for the remaining trip. Of course I can only speak to the one room I stayed in. The other rooms may be better or worse so YMMV.

I’ve stayed many times before on this property but seems someone else took over was having trouble with hot water , restroom door could not be closed , tub looked dirty but it was the rust .

The room had long hairs everywhere. Very unclean. Mattress are worn out, needs replacement. Rooms outdate. No sofa or recliner.

Personnel were very nice and friendly and accommodations were fine. I think our room needs a new bathtub and the building itself need better outdoor lighting. We bypassed it on our way back to it at night. Other than that things went well.

Toilet ran continuously and flooded the room on the second night staff quickly moved us to another room

Pillow quality was horrible. They would not supply us with xtra towels, for bathroom or for swimming pool. No vending machine for snacks. Hair dryer did not work n did not get replaced. Small sofa in Executive suite was so uncomfortable to sit on, no padding, felt I was sitting on the floor. Embarrassing for La Quinta Brand. A/C worked great though.

Staff was great and very helpful

This hotel is nowhere near La Quinta standards. We had to see three different rooms and ended up settling on the last because we were already late for a funeral service. The first two rooms were very outdated and didn’t even have phones. One had a recliner that looked like it had been dragged in from an alley somewhere. The last room was handicapped accessible and had a jacuzzi that was old and nasty. All the fixtures were outdated and the lamps were all rusty. This hotel should be priced the same as an old Motel 6 not in the range of the higher end hotels.

Our room was infested with roaches. We needed up leaving. Did not feel comfortable staying the night.

Hot water didnt last for shower and heater didnt work in first room got a second room on the 3rd floor and the elevator didnt work and outside the privacy fence is falling down

Don’t stay here place had roaches, rust in tub, Sheetrock had holes and elevator had not worked in days parking lot is dark, we know who owns and run theses places for them it’s all about MONEY they don’t care about the customers. If there’s roaches in rooms there’s roaches in the breakfast. 💩

Fridge was disconnected and we had milk for our kids. There was no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board, elevator was not working, the rug looked dirty in all halls, the lighting was very dimed in the bathroom. Overall the quality was not up to a La Quinta. Will not be staying there again.
