They had party on the roof top, loud music, impossible to sleep till after midnight.

The most awful stay in Italy. Terrible customer service and terrible room. Very noisy couldn't sleep and very terrible and dirty area. Nor recommended!

Wasn’t a good choice. The biggest problem is noise. Mainly from the corridor, rooms above and next. Door opening and closing all day and night. Breakfast was basic but pretty good. Amenities in the room very basic.

Is very far of the center but have a very good location close to the ocean and beautiful view of the etna

The room as large and clean and new. However the little things were missing. No tissues, no real glasses, no toiletries. They have nice rooms but cheap out on the little things that matter.

The reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. But the restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful, they never smiled! Everything seemed an effort to them. Otherwise we loved the hotel!

So glad we picked this hotel. Beautiful property and very nice and helpful staff at desk. We could walk along the seaside, great restaurants, so nice and safe. The excursions we did picked us up at the hotel too. The rooftop bar was a great addition too.

We chose to stay here for our stay in Catania instead of centre of city. Room with a balcony facing the ocean was a highlight of our stay which wouldn't have been possible in the city. Location was 15 minute walk to metro and 2 stops to city centre for 1 euro versus 15 euro cab ride. Front staff were very friendly, room was decent size, modern with many light options. Black-out power blinds were great to have at sunrise. Shower was very spacious but rest of bathroom very tight. Nice to have mini fridge, bed linens and pillows were the most comfortable of all 4 hotels we stayed at on this vacation which is top priority on my list. Comparing to other hotels we stayed at, would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine (instead of kettle), magnifying mirror in bathroom, complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was decent for a European hotel but the view from the restaurant was a bonus. On the negative side, chamber maid left us with no extra roll of toilet paper (just made it to morning before having to get my own on her cart), and she left used coffee mugs on our counter. Lobby area could benefit from an update, eg. ripped couches.

We had an ant infestation

Hotel was very nice and clean! Staff were helpful and complimentary breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful. I would totally stay here again. Only suggestion I have to make the hotel better is to not make the room doors slam when people enter/exit their rooms. My wife and I were woken up 3-4 times because room doors were slamming after 11pm and midnight.

Great location for dining swimming and walking

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks a little pricier but you do get the rooftop view. The walk to the main attractions was 30 mins.

Front desk reception was very friendly and efficient. Morning breakfast was excellent with a rooftop view. Rooms were clean.
