Common area was not clean,

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and good for our one night stay. Area around the hotel wasn't great

One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had especially since we eat kosher!

Internet is slow & spotty. I have a WIN 11 laptop, android, iphone & ipad. All 4 devices got terrible performance.

Room was dusty. Pet hair in corners and in shower. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were great.

We had a great time with family. Our trip was great. The hotel was great and very accommodating to our family.

Missed cleanings, which means no coffee refill or towels. Musty and damp( almost moldy smelling. Refrigerator leaked on floor everyday. We went to address our issues and not one person took care of us. If I could put pictures on I would. Mold in bathroom but the biggest issue is that my mother in law passed away the first night we stayed and no one would answer the phone for over an hour at the front desk. Then when they answered the staff didn’t put the call thru for another 15 minutes. VERY disappointed

We stopped and decided to stay there we were tired of driving and it was perfect

Mold in bathroom, wads of hair under the sink area and behind the door. Loose bathroom tiles rattle and click when walking on the floor. Super musty. Glad this was just a super quick stay. Will look elsewhere next time!

The check in attendant ate popcorn during the whole check in process. Several areas of the carpet were stained. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is way beyond its prime. It needs serious updating/renovation. The area of this hotel is sparse on restaurants. The few we could find were closed. I would not recommend this hotel.
