We got the remodeled unit and it was a nice unit. The only issue we had was the morning visitors, cockroaches.Each morning there are one or two. - We arrived after midnight. Front desk was excellent - Buy grocery as food is pricey inside the resort. - Court rental can get expensive. We weren't exactly there.for vacation. It was relaxing while we were there.

Beach view as advertised For a Premium rental, we would have expected something a bit more premium. Basic accommodation, bed rather hard

Stayed in the Sierra Marina block perfect for a quiet trip.The spacious apartment was modern, comfy and very well equipped. I felt at home and didn't want to leave. Resort is huge and hilly so be prepared for walking. If lots of hilly walking is an issue, i would stay in San Diego area to be closer to the action and where the taxi rank is. Otherwise everywhere is a long hilly walk away. I used the gym several times and it was very clean and had everything i needed. I had a swedish massage and that was so relaxing! Flying pizza delivery was spot on. House salad huge and pizza delicious! Only negative is I paid for late checkout until 12 noom 30 euros which i think is expensive for just 2 hours. Other than than that wish i could have stayed longer and will go back.

An extremely well run resort. Check in was a bit difficult to find but very friendly and efficient once found. Nice apartment in good location. Nice balcony in sun from midday. Lovely view. Cleaning and housekeeping excellent. No hot water on day 1 made phone call to reception and maintenance around almost immediately and fixed it. No way to make ground coffee ie cafetière but generally everything you need.

Great refurbished apartment! Location a bit hilly but easy enough to get out and about without a car.

The standard of the property we were in was extremely poor. The hygiene was very bad. It was 100% opposite to what we saw online. The bathroom contained big ants and flies and the flat was infested with cockroaches especially in the bedroom. We ended up with itching all over the body and we did not sleep at all. I am requesting a full refund pleasex

Good overall. Worth it

Very nice ground floor one bed apartment. Very pleasant complex in nice surroundings. Staff very helpful and responsive. Complex is hilly so those with reduced mobility would need support . We had a car so therefore this did not affect us. We would stay here again ⭐️

Clean room, staff was welcoming and friendly. The room had a full kitchen and wading machine to do laundry. It was as n excellent stay.

Good resort for our stay

Apartment was really nice except that as a self catering apartment it was difficult to cook much as there was a severe lack of utensils and dishes. Not even small saucepan or egg cup

We purchased this hotel & suites due to reviews and pictures. However we were not happy at this place. d Pros: Good ocean views.and location. Good customer service Cons; The second floor has two rooms. Main room has a dual air conditioner and heater. The bathtub was very tall. We were afraid to suffer a fall. The second room did not have a dual air conditioner/heater. Also, it was moldy. No TV in the rooms. No bathroom on the first floor. It was inconvenient. This hotel & suites needs to be upgraded.

door was broken and often didn’t lock fully, room smelt of damp and was not clean. terrace was shared piece of grass next to someone else’s car with some broken furniture on it. resort was not accessible with pram
