One of the best hotels in Rome for return flights it is close to the airport! Hotel is very beautiful and the staff are helpful in the event of a layover or you miss check in the property goes above and beyond for Canadian tourists I am Very thankful the property was so good to us

We only stayed one night. Franccesca at the front desk was friendly and nice.

Our stay at La Maison Jolie was great from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, which made everything really stress-free. If you arrive later in the day when the office is closed, the after-hours instructions are clear and easy to follow. Checkout was just as smooth—we had a very early morning flight and it wasn’t an issue at all. Parking was also super convenient, with plenty of free spots available around the property. The room itself was clean, tidy, and easy to access. The only small downsides were that the bed was a bit firm, the pillows were a little flat, and the shower head had a slight leak. That said, the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend staying at La Maison Jolie!

Our room was exactly as described. Alex is still doing a fabulous job at Reception. If you are lucky enough to get a ground- floor room you may also get a beautiful little garden to relax in. Te Pio Pizze, a four- minute walk, is a great place for pizzas and pastas.

Clean room and staff was professional. Airport shuttle ks available at surcharges. Easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Easy (self) check in after long flight. Room was adequate for a quick stay for 3 people before a cruise.

Friendly contact by WhatsApp with the hotel. I arrived after 8pm so needed to self check in. Instructions were easy to follow. Driver contact provided by hotel for transfer from / to airport. Thanks for the helpful stay.

Excellent customer service. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is close to the airport. And if you have time the hotel is close to some impressive Roman archaeological sites.

The staff were very helpful. The place was clean and accommodating. I was able to walk to restaurants and places I needed to go. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.

A nice overnight for the price. Nothing fancy but ok for just getting a plane in the morning. The staff were very helpful about my late arrival and suggested several places in walking distance for dinner. The one I selected was excellent

We had to check in online due to schedule issues, so we didn’t see the staff until the next morning. However, they gave us detailed instructions on how to get the room key and there weren’t any problems. Room was very clean and spacious. Great proximity to the airport and there was a shuttle service. It’s not in a touristy area but it’s perfect for catching a flight at Fiumicino. The gentleman working the desk when we checked out was very friendly, polite and professional.

Reasonably priced room for quick stay before airport. Limited restaurants and we left too early to get includes breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff

The room was clean and spacious. I was surprised it even had a small kitchen and plenty of beds. I also appreciated that it has an elevator.
