Incredibly nice, efficient, and engaged front desk. Very nice to chat after coming off a 9 hour drive. Place needed some love in certain areas, but the staff we encountered were awesome!!

As we sat in the parking lot in the evening The two dogs from the farm next door came and visited us . Two Great Pyrenees gentle giants . The front desk attendant said they even have a road runner the runs thru the parking lot . Nice quiet Country feeling

Clean. Staff was helpful and ready with a late check in. Upgraded our room so we had a pull out bed.

Very nice place. Accommodated our Lab. Good breakfast. Exceptionally friendly front desk. Great value.

Great place to stay the night while traveling across the country. Very comfortable and clean.

Room was nice and big! Lots of room for our family of 5! The water in the shower/bath was only barely warm though. That was the biggest disappointment. Everything else was great!

'Newly renovated' except bathroom floor tiles were loose and cracked. The drywall in room had patches. Towels were unmatching in color and texture, and one was actually dingy off-white. It was understood there was a staffing issue however so this was considered. Who wants to live and work in Childress, Tx? Exactly no one, I get it. Couldn't sleep so left at 3am.

New opening. No paved path to hotel yet. Linens nice. Pool clean Noise by others running in hallway after 9 pm.

I chose this hotel because it was off main highway and was definitely quieter. Slight mix-up with rooms, but that was handled efficiently by the manager.

Check in was seamless, staff was courteous & friendly; great recommendation for dinner. Property was clean and well maintained and breakfast is great.

Just stayed at hotel to sleep, got up, ate, and left. Friendly check in staff as well as breakfast crew.

We enjoyed getting to watch a roadrunner as we loaded our car. The entrace through the Walmart parking lot was unique.

The location was good because it was set back from the road, which reduced the constant noise from large trucks. The staff were pleasant and attentive and had our room keys ready at check-in. The area was safe. The breakfast area was clean, and there was a good assortment of options. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel itself and our room, in particular, needed TLC and repair. The bathroom had a lot of mold, and the shower did not drain. All the walls were chipped and poorly painted; the floor coverings and the tile in the bathroom were in poor condition. The safety lock to our door had been broken previously and poorly repaired. For the price and the brand name, I expected better from the condition of the hotel.
