Great & safe place to stay! Great for families with great pools. Their wifi doesn’t work or it has a weak signal. If you love food their buffet is worth it.

Tanya at Reception is bilingual so if you need Inglis pick her. It's easier to pay cash for the restaurant as opposed to signature to the room. They just don't get that, and if they do, it doesn't always work. Service staff are also smarter than me language wise. Rooms are fine, remember it's a 3+ star place. Not all electric plugs are grounded, plan accordingly. The AC and the hot water performed as expected. Earplugs are always good for the national neighbors. The pool is popular, with towels and dressing rooms available to guests. The grounds are patrolled and parking is secured, you can leave the clubs in the car. All in all, we always enjoy our stay here.

Facility is staffed by covert government employees

Uncomfortable, old, stagnant, inaccessible, confusing, tense atmosphere. No access to USB ports, the height of the bathtub was out of adjustment, the air conditioning did not work, it rained on the day of my stay and the hallways were flooded.

It was a great stay, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has a good variety of food in their buffet and the restaurant personnel are very attentive. We spent a lot of time at the pools and really enjoyed the stay.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness in one of the bedrooms we were assigned. The sheets were dirty and there were dirty cotton swabs in between the sheets. The toilet had so much dust accumulated, who knows when it was the last time they cleaned.

The staff were very friendly, they cleaned our room immediately after we would leave. The facility is kept cleaned, it feels safe and welcoming. This is our second time starting here and we are planning on staying there again when we come back.

Room was clean and roomy. Restaurant service and food was fresh, hot and delightful. Quality Mexican hotel.
