Very beautiful property and location. All of the staff were very nice. Illario was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions of places to visit. It was a nice walk to the center of Luz and the beachfront. We would stay here again.

It was ok, the staff was nice.

We loved this hotel. I was sad we only had one night. The included breakfast was one of our favorite meals from our entire week-long trip. It isn't a luxury place, but it was perfect for our needs!

It’s a nice place to stay out of Legos. It’s a little bit dated in a landscaping, made some work better than that. It was very comfortable.

My friend and I stayed at this property, and despite check in taking some time (we were early), we really loved our room. We appreciated the space of the rooms, the nice shower (only wish it was a bit hotter), smart tvs. Having a kitchen was a nice touch although we did not use it much. The breakfast was simple but perfect due t the daily slight changes they made. There is a hotel cat that roams around, esp first thing in the morning but they say she is friendly otherwise. The only thing we felt was lacking was 24 hour front desk. We left pretty early on our departure date without true instructions on what to do about the key or check out. We did arrange transport from the hotel to the airport, so it would have been nice just having a friendly front desk to make sure it was correct for us as well. Overall great place, and we enjoyed the Algarve Region.

Beautiful property with big rooms with amazing views. Only request would be to have the upper pool “adult only” for a portion of the stay as there were a lot of children.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Gave great local recommendations. Location is perfect for beach and dining access. Well kept and clean throughout. Excellent and varied breakfast. The views are stunning and the vibe is welcoming and relaxed.

Property was beautiful and room was great. I wish pool had been heated. I tried to get in but it was too cold. No one else was in either. Also I don’t feel the amenities listed on Expedia matched hotel. There was 1 restaurant/bar-no beach bars on site and pool bar was the same indoor restaurant/bar. Expedia description needs updating.

Great place for an extended vacation in the Lagos Area. The hotel was 15 min walk from Pais da Luz right along the ocean . The hotel was quiet. The pool area is inviting. The staff was unassuming but professional and accommodating. I would recommend it highly .

It is a great hotel and nice location. Our contact was with Juan as he checked us in and occasionally communicated during the stay. Not much of other interactions. Rooms were large and clean. A very safe and relaxing place and managed to go see many places from there as we had a car. The only downside was the breakfast start time was at 8:30 and we also felt that they could be more generous with variety of the fruits. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a hit. Overall a great stay
