Good property however the benefits offered by Expedia VIP were not offered at all.

Decent area, safe but away from tourist areas, would have like a modern room since the hair dryer was straight from the 90s and had 0 settings. Also would have loved USB ports and wall sockets next or the beds.

Near train and bus

This is a step back in time, retro-chic place with chunky, real keys, a suit press in the room and analog radio in the wall. I loved the looked and feel - very easy to get to Duomo (walking) and Centrale (direct tube or bus). There is a tram stop right out front and always Lime bikes around. Only downside was that they did not provide the Gold perks Hotels.com advertised.

The bed is really rough, and there is next to no outlets in the unit. And the light situation is weird too. Didn't like

It’s good value for the money, 2stops on Metro from Duomo, also a straight run to the station on Metro The hotel is a 5m walk to Metro. Staff are pleasant, breakfast was good. Room in good condition suitable of 4 star.

Dirty, smells like smoke, very old fashioned, stains everywhere, desperately needs re-vamped. Can find much nicer hotels for sale or better price. Not a good stay and do not recommend.

Great location. Quieter and away from major tourists…but close enough to walk to the Duomo.

Very comfortable hotel with very nice staff.

Overall good property with great staff. Breakfast room was good and had manh options. About 20 minutes to main attractions.

This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are completely indifferent to any requests. The hotel rooms a decor seem like its out of the 80's. The roller shutters don't work and the staff don't care it's impossible to sleep because of the noise of the trams and emergency vehicles. Breakfast is very poor as well.
