Have stayed at the Crivis many years. But sadly, needs renovating.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The location is great and close to tram and subway.

Very old rooms. Definitely had bedbugs. Bathroom shower did not drain. When mentioned to the staff, they didn’t send anyone to fix it. Front desk Staff was not friendly, they didn’t even care about answering couple of questions about the area or directions.

The staff were exceptional. Hotel is very clean. Close to Metro. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. They need more electrical outlets in the rooms.

Nice hotel, about 20 min walking from the Duomo. Old style hotel, but clean, renovated, spacious room. Metro is a couple of blocks away and bring you to the Duomo in 5 minutes. No frills, but a very good deal for the money.

Location was perfect to nearby landmarks like piazza del duomo and cathedral. Subway and food places were also a walking distance from hotel

The hotel is old. The a/c is old and lacks self control. It’s noisy. Staff is very noisy with their activity. Staff entered my room twice without my consent, with the do not disturb sign in the fo not disturb paper sign at the door handle. Breakfast too expensive for what they serve. Cold eggs. Very unappetizing. Bathroom stung.

It was a nice place; the breakfast was quite good. But I was told when I reserved and paid for the room that I would receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Not such a big deal, but… no; no such thing happened. Oh well…

Good property however the benefits offered by Expedia VIP were not offered at all.

Decent area, safe but away from tourist areas, would have like a modern room since the hair dryer was straight from the 90s and had 0 settings. Also would have loved USB ports and wall sockets next or the beds.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff. CLean. Nice breakfast. A bit noisy street.

Very comfortable room nice bed convenient to the metro. No Wi-Fi while we were here

Near train and bus

This is a step back in time, retro-chic place with chunky, real keys, a suit press in the room and analog radio in the wall. I loved the looked and feel - very easy to get to Duomo (walking) and Centrale (direct tube or bus). There is a tram stop right out front and always Lime bikes around. Only downside was that they did not provide the Gold perks Hotels.com advertised.
