I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Trieste & Victoria. The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, with a perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, always making sure every detail was taken care of. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The spa and wellness facilities were exceptional, offering a truly rejuvenating experience. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Abano Terme, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and first-class service.

Very bad experience. This is a place where you can clearly feel discrimination and racism against people because of their religion and ethnic background. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life.

This hotel is a bit tired, needs a good renovation. Many of the staff lack warmth or friendliness but that's fine, I don't really speak Italian and perhaps it comes across differently if you are a local. The pools are great. Breakfast is poor, only basic produce, nothing as I'd expect in a 5 star. I think it's really 4 star hotel whose best days are behind it.

This hotel is from a bygone era. This applies not only to the interior... A small but unpleasant remark: when checking out, they added extra restaurant items to the bill. Unfortunately, this seems more like a marketing scam, something you wouldn't expect in a five-star hotel.

Classically beautiful hotel with excellent service and good food. Well maintained and friendly staff. There are several pools, all with really warm water -Sauna -Steam sauna -Ice sauna (where it is cold with ice instead of a sauna unit) -Several sections with bubbles. Cant wait until the next oppurtunity to go back! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
