Excellent and quiet stay for our one night in Bressanone with easy walk to town center. The hotel is very elegant and the breakfast buffet was nice. We stayed in the annex and it was a little challenging to wheel our bags, but doable. I wish the bar would have stayed open a little longer so that we could have had a drink after dinner. Overall, very nice stay.

The staff are fantastic. Such a quick walk into town. The gardens were stunning. The spa was also very good.

Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. We loved the accommodations and the amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well as our dinner in your restaurant. Everyone is polite and friendly. Enjoyed the pool also! When we checked in I would have to say that the young man at the desk was not particularly friendly and never notified us of the “Brixen card”. It was not until the afternoon before we left that the kind woman at the desk mentioned the card. We would have loved to take advantage of the saving on the card. That was a shame. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend your hotel. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend who attended an OAT trip last year and stayed at your hotel.

An authentic, unpretentious and genuinely luxurious historic Inn. Low key and discrete but outstanding in every important detail. Superb, seasonal / regional cuisine. Quiet rooms.

The only thing that disappointed was the wifi access in room 37. That and the fact that I was denied access because 'too many people' were on the network. Since I was there on business, this was not ideal. But the location, the building and the breakfast were some compensation.

Elegant hotel, beautifully appointed, lovely public areas, wonderful hospitality.

On arrival we were upgraded from a room in an adjacent building to the original, historically interesting building. The latter building is very interesting. The hotel has been in the same family for generations, and this is reflected in many ways (all good). The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is superb. The hotel location is excellent. Our room was excellent.
