All the staffs in Hotel Pacific Roma are very nice and helpful. The breakfast options are excellent. The location is just 5 min walk from a metro station to go to Rome Centre and 15 min walk from the Vatican City tourist attractions.

The staff are amazing! They are kind and helpful. The rooms are big. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was fresh fruit and vegetables, pastries, meats and cheeses and cereal. There were 2 easy to use Espresso machines. The hotel is about a 20 minute train ride to the Coliseum and a 15 minute walk to Vatican City. There were many food options. They held our bags and reserved a car to the airport the day we left. I highly recommend and would stay again!

The best things about this hotel were the included breakfast buffet which was very nice, and the hotel staff who were kind and helpful. There was no bar and I recall that the hotels.com website had said this hotel had a bar and a restaurant, so that was wrong information. The hotel desk clerk said they used to have a bar inside the hotel but it closed down in 2020 during Covid 19. The so called restaurant offered 1 meal at 8:00 p.m., no menu, just that one meal and anyone who wanted it had to enter the dining room at 8:00 p.m. So there was no real restaurant. There was no spa, no pool, and no other amenities. The location was not great, there was only 1 restaurant close by, and the neighborhood was rather slummy with a lot of trash in the streets and graffiti on every building. My room was so tiny I could barely move around in it. The bathroom also was miniscule and there was no vanity to set things on, just a sink. There were no vanity items, such as shower cap, lotion, or bar soap. The shampoo was shower gel/shampoo combo in a dispenser. The windows did not open and there was no outdoor or balcony seating.

The hotel was very clean. It included a great breakfast with lots of choices. Staff was kind & helpful. It had air conditioning!

Clean room, shower door needed repair and was immediately addressed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was superb- front staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Very helpful and kind. Close to metro and the Vatican. Highly recommend.

Loved the stay and will definitely visit again

Our room was very clean and comfortable, though it was small and that was OK for me. Breakfast was amazing. Their choices were so great. The staff was really friendly and easy to deal with.

A very nice stay. Neighborhood is a bit busy but room closes off well. Great AC - refreshing! Staff is very helpful. One front-desk person was a bit snooty but other than that everyone was terrific. Suggestion: -> Elevator needs to be enlarged somehow.

Our rooms were modern and clean - the breakfast fresh, varied and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is walkable to the Vatican Museums and the nearest Metro is just 5 stops to the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The location is residential and we felt safe, although it’s not pretty.

Excellent location and breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! We even took a picture with Monica and Antonio who were very helpful and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful, very pleasant, and accommodating for any requests or questions we had. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was comfortable, and air conditioning was set at a perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect and the staff even better. The breakfast was phenomenal too.
