Off the main road, a bar in a park next door was lovley and a fabulous pizzeria 5min walk. The room was well appointed and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent place ! Newly renovated, everything is top quality. Bed, bathroom, air conditioner, shower and really nice staff members.

The whole ceiling squeaked when someone walked.

We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. Bathrrom was very nice. The hotel has renovations being done so I cannot comment on othe rooms. The breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.

Even though it was a little hard to find them in the first place, the hotel is very clean and nice. The staffs were excellent. They were friendly and helped in every possible way to make the stay comfortable. They even booked my COVID-19 test for the return flight. There are 2-things that I think can be improved. The breakfast was very much Italian, they need to do a little better. Secondly, on the parking, there is an obstacle which you can see while entering reverse mode. They need to put some sort of signal to indicate it, especially for us coming from the US. Except for these, the stay was great, I do recommend.

Since this advertises as a basic hotel at a low price with a smallish room one may not have high expectations. However this hotel pleases beyond expectation. For me the hotel and the service was perfect.

The hotel has all the basics you need, air con, a comfy bed, good shower, friendly service. It is however only three stars and it shows in lack of power points in the room (1), small room, lack of much clothes space. I had a balcony which helped. No evening meal available - limited choices in walking distance, driving to eat is almost essential. They don’t take Amex - hotels.com suggests they do. Good-ish breakfast if you don’t expect more than continental style, great coffee though - morning Cappuccino was truly excellent.

The hotel and staff were very nice, kind and efficient. Clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Safe parking lot behind gate at side of hotel. This is a great place to stay for one night after visiting the sites near Tivoli, before heading off or back to Rome.

Location is a little strange, not very clean in the surrounding area. The room is average ok.

Odd location - in a residential area. Staff was very helpful. Older facility but it had been somewhat upgraded.

Location was in a part of town that seemed a little rough, however the hotel itself was in good condition with friendly staff and it was easy to locate.

Friendly reception, nice helpful staff. We arrived before check in and the room was already for us which was great after a long drive.
