The reception staff remembers visitors by sight. The rooms are in excellent condition.

This was a perfect stay for our first time in Florence. What amazing city! Everywhere is walkable and the shopping is also incredible. The Hotel Duomo, room 31, had an excellent view, we could practically touch it from our balcony. I would definitely visit here again. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

I understand it’s an old hotel that is centrally located. That being said, it is too overpriced for the condition of the room. I wouldn’t recommend to others as Florence is such a small city that everywhere you book/ you’re in the “center.” Not worth the value is all for me.

The hotel is right across the Duomo! my room is so cute and the staff are wonderful ! I was fortunate to meet both the owner and his daughter Bryan and her ever sweet pup Lioness and they are just wonderful !

It’s basically impossible to beat this place on location: it is directly across from the Duomo. Staff was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was very small, but that was understood at the time of booking.

Well..it's a very convenient hotel, literally across the Street from the Duomo. It is very modest, but has everything you need. I could see the Doumo from my window across the street and the balcony in the restaurant area also has an amazing view of the Duomo and environs and its very pleasant to sit out there and relax. . The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top drawer. If you want to see Florence properly by foot, this hotel is where you want to be.

Rooms are incredibly small

The location of the hotel made things so easy while we were in Florence. The breakfast was delicious and the cookies/ coffee available throughout the day were wonderful! Staff was friendly and we loved the little dog that was sometimes around. Our room with the balcony was fabulous!!
